We were still located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, heading for the bridge (see bridge - 4 pictures below) to cross the Missouri River (see the sign above) connecting Council Bluffs, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska (already in sight, straight ahead). In fact, the Missouri River carries the border between Iowa and Nebraska.

No, unfortunately we don't have any pictures of the river. Eventually, we missed the opportunity to get back to the "big name" Missouri River later on...
